This round I am tweeking the program a bit. Instead of the CE cardio 2 days a week, I am going to do intervals 3 days a week using Workout Muse Continuous 30-30's. My schedule will look like this:
Monday: Burn 1
Tuesday: Intervals
Wednesday: Burn 2
Thursday: Intervals & Ab Burner
Friday: Burn 3
Saturday: Intervals
Sunday: Rest

I completed Burn 1 this morning and MAN have I missed these workouts! I am focusing this time on really contracting the muscles which although it causes me to have to lift lighter than I did my first time, it'll ensure that I'm really building the right muscles up (my glutes especially are hard to engage
